Bernard R. Gosselin LL.B.
Bernard R. Gosselin (Ben) predominantly practices Family Law and Civil Litigation.
Prior to attending Queen's University to study law, Ben worked at a local mineral processing site as a Stationary Engineer, for approximately 8 years. He obtained his Law Degree in 1997. Ben was awarded two David Sabbath prizes and a further Fasken, Campbell, Godfrey prize in Civil Procedure.
Ben articled with the Firm and has practiced in the areas of Family Law and Civil Litigation since his call to the Bar in 1999. He is a partner of RACICOT, MAISONNEUVE, LABELLE, GOSSELIN since 2002.
Ben is fluent in French and English. He is a panel lawyer with the Office of the Children's Lawyer and provides legal services to First Nations in remote northern communities.
