Gilles Racicot B.A., LL.B.

A graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School and called to the Bar in 1955, Gilles Racicot is a founder of the firm and its most senior counsel., Mr. Racicot is also the Cochrane District's most senior lawyer. His impressive legal career is highlighted by his work and expertise in a variety of fields including civil litigation, large corporate financings, education, estate planning and all forms of real estate matters. As a lifelong resident of the Timmins area, Mr. Racicot is a former President of the Cochrane Law Association, School Trustee and President of the Timmins Separate School Board, Executive member of the Ontario School Trustees' Council, Trustee of the Timmins Board of Education, Member of the Board of Governors of Laurentian University, and a Director of Waferboard Corporation. Always active in practice, the firm's clients continue to benefit from his wealth of experience.
